There are no long term pest control contracts at King's. That is a deliberate choice and it has been the policy for decades. If the service is worth keeping, you keep it. If it is not, you stop, and nobody has to read a cancellation clause to do it.
Most customers settle into a quarterly or bi-monthly scheduled maintenance program because that is what keeps the pressure off a house year round in this climate. Ask the office about the schedule that suits your property. A one off treatment is perfectly reasonable too, particularly if you are dealing with one specific thing.
If pests come back between visits on a maintenance program, King's comes back out. Customers have been saying that in their reviews for years, unprompted.
Chapter 03
Nine trucks is why we can come the same day
King's runs nine fleet service trucks with uniformed team members out of the office at 603 River Bend Dr. That is an unusual amount of capacity for a family owned company in a town this size, and it is the reason a genuine emergency can usually be fitted in the same day rather than next week.
It also means the technicians take pride in arriving on time for scheduled appointments, because the schedule is not being held together by one overloaded van.
The same technician, if you want them
This is the part customers mention most. King's will keep sending the same technician to your address if you request them, and people do request them by name. One customer has been with King's since 1999.
There is a practical reason it matters, not just a friendly one. A technician who has treated your house four times knows where the activity was last time, which side of the property the problem comes from, and what you already tried. That history does not exist when a different van turns up each quarter.
