Termites
Termite treatment, prevention and pre-construction work
The trusted name in termite prevention and extermination in Georgetown since 1982, for finished houses and for buildings that do not exist yet.
Chapter 01
Forty years of Williamson County termite pressure
With over forty years serving Georgetown and Williamson County, King's knows plenty about termites in this area, and local knowledge matters more with termites than with almost anything else on the list. Soil type, slab construction, irrigation habits and how a neighbourhood was built all change where the pressure comes from.
Termites are also the one pest most homeowners never see until something is already structurally wrong. Mud tubes on a foundation wall, a soft skirting board, or a swarm in spring are all late signals rather than early ones.
If you are not sure whether what you have found is termite activity, call and describe it. That conversation costs nothing and it is a great deal cheaper than the alternative.

Full or partial treatment, plus monitoring stations
King's provides full or partial treatments to remove termite infestations, depending on what is actually happening at the property. A partial treatment is the honest answer when the activity is confined, and a full treatment is the honest answer when it is not.
Alongside that there are preventative treatments and monitoring stations. Monitoring is the part that turns termites from an emergency into a maintenance item, because a station that shows activity gives you months of warning instead of none.
Same day services are available, and the office will tell you straight whether your situation actually warrants that.
Chapter 03
Pre-construction: Termidor pretreatment before the slab goes down
If you are building a new residential or commercial property, King's can keep it safe from termites with a pre-construction termite treatment plan. It is cheap and simple at that stage and it is neither once the building is finished.
We use the latest products from Termidor for our termite pre-treatments on residential and commercial construction sites. We provide real estate inspections and certificates for our termite services, which is usually what a lender, a buyer or a builder is actually asking for.
King's works with many builders and contractors throughout Williamson County, and works to your timeline with quick response times and flexible scheduling. On a construction programme that is usually the deciding factor, because a pretreatment that cannot happen in its window holds up the pour.
Buying, selling, or signing off a build
If the work is tied to a sale or a closing, say so when you call. The certificate is issued off the inspection, so the two are booked together rather than sequentially.
Call the Georgetown office with your dates. If the inspection is tied to a closing or a construction milestone, say so, because that is exactly the case the nine truck fleet exists to absorb.
